Fussball.de is the largest amateur soccer platform in Germany, providing comprehensive coverage of local soccer events, including results, tables, match reports, and player statistics. Additionally, it offers up-to-date information from the professional segment.
Goal of the project
The goal of the relaunch was to increase support for the local soccer community by improving the platform's usability and expanding coverage of amateur soccer.
Challenges
One challenge was to map the large amount of data on soccer matches and events and make it accessible without affecting the performance of the web application.
Personal highlights
I am impressed by the fast performance of the new Fussball.de. Thanks to efficient caching management, we have successfully delivered a large amount of data to our users.
